This course  aims to produce competent graduates who acquire


Knowledge

1. Understand of medical case notes & medical conditions

2. Understand Dietetic care notes 

3. Familiarize with the signs, symptoms, complaints and therapeutic management of various disorders/diseases

4. Understand  preparations and administration of special nutrition support

Skills 

1. Able to do  nutritional screening and assessment 

2. To assess and report the nutritional status of the cases

3. Able to apply  client centered  counseling skills

4. Apply previously acquired academic knowledge in the work environment

5. Confidence in clinical nutrition support and care 

6. Able to translate  knowledge in to skills through  nutrition counselling
